Furthermore, this is extremely dangerous behavior on the Rock n roll rocker Rebel Rules skull shirt moreover I love this part of the county officials, the sheriff and the state. This furthers and normalizes the militarization of the state, at both the policy level and the enforcement level, such that even the most innocuous civil infraction or disagreement can easily end with a militarized response. The ramifications of this are chilling. Does anyone know who was actully responsable for sending the police with that level of warrent/intent? Like that person maybe shouldnt be allowd in a position of power. Regardless of the why, they clearly didnt think anything through. I can’t even read the full article. They lost me at “she lost 3 grandparents in one year”. What I’m the ever loving fuck were these “adults” thinking?! I don’t know any of the details about any contract she signed to sell the goat — but it’s just that: a civil matter. She does or doesn’t want to sell the goat. Let the courts decide who was injured and how much they’re owed. Why would anyone over the age of 6 think it was a good idea to remove an animal by force? Are the cops also helping lenders repo cars??? How did they end up finding the goat when it was taken to Sonoma County but they thought it was taken to Napa County?

Basically the Rock n roll rocker Rebel Rules skull shirt moreover I love this fair board and the local sheriff decided they needed to ‘set an example’ (see Nixon/Rhodes and Kent State, 1970). The state rep who bought the goat was fine with them donating the (live) goat.Anyone cruel enough to do this of spite to an animal for the sole reason that a child loved it too much to give it up is an evil person who has no business being in any position of authority. Even on the farm, you don’t mess with the animals that are gentle enough for a child to love unless you absolutely have to. A gentle animal on the farm is a blessing, because you can use them to teach the children about how dangerous they can be, and to show them how to not put themselves in danger accidentally. 4-H animal projects can be for market animals or pets/show. Market animal projects are about the agribusiness of raising animals for meat and include a terminal sale where the animal is bought by a slaughter house (under contract with the fair). Many fairs are starting to allow children to opt out of the market sale if they want to keep the animal. However, they can’t both sell the animal and keep it because it prevents an animal from being used in multiple market sales and the slaughter house has paid for the animal.
