I think we’re dealing with completely different cultures… America seems to have a huge segment of the Rob hope art rob schneider classic shirt and I love this population that glorifies violence and a criminal lifestyle… I don’t think that system would work here for a lot of the prison population, but some of them sure. I saw a documentary from american prisons some years ago. During an interview with a guard an inmate in a cell behind him went completely crazy. I could tell that the prisoner had mental problems and should have gotten treatment and not being locked up in prison. The guard got upset that he disturbed his interview, turned around and pepper sprayed the entire cell. Then said: That should shut him up! And continued the interview. In Norway the guard would end up in prison and the prisoner would be in a mental hospital. It made me really sad to see the lack of respect for another human being.

I think that prison conditions don’t paint the Rob hope art rob schneider classic shirt and I love this entire picture though. The whole culture of crime in the USA will affect the recidivism rate. The levels of organized crime and drug related crime are far different in the USA when compared to Norway. Also the level of poverty, lack of education, and broken/abusive households is far different as well. The US has an incentive to imprison people. Norway’s prisons are federally-run, whereas prisons in the united states are (mostly) privately-owned. These private owners can then, totally legally, “lobby” (see: pay) politicians to enact policies and make decisions which drive more people into cells, to make more money. Then, in return, regional governments across the united states are able to employ prisoners at wages FAR less than minimum wage (a few dollars a day) to do menial labor. They can pay them next-to-nothing, because somebody decided they were less-than-human for commiting a crime. This, effectively, creates a feedback loop, incentivizing policy that puts more people in prison.
