I need the RIP Bob Baker 1923 2023 Thank You For Everything Shirt moreover I will buy this fan and A/C on because I get hot easily and I’m nowhere near overweight. The noise does bother me, unfortunately, but that’s what earplugs are for. Well the way I explained this to my ex was that what goes on tour stays on tour. Maybe don’t shag the fans that are standing outside your home though. I sleep with one because I get night sweats and to help me breathe easier since my room is always warm (worst ventilation in the house ofc). I also sleep with a long video on YouTube playing for background sound so my brain shuts up. At first my bf struggled to fall asleep to it but always said it didn’t bother him and now he falls asleep to it easily and still sleeps fine if there isn’t background sound. I’d say maybe she’ll get used to it eventually but honestly she doesn’t need to be saying it’s a weight thing like that. There’s a more respectful way to talk to a s/o about their weight and that isn’t it. Some people just run hotter than others. To be honest OP I thought you were in a band and sleep with an actual fan every night until I read your post .

I thought you meant you were some kind of celebrity and your gf is mad you had sex with a fan and I was so confused. At first glance reading the RIP Bob Baker 1923 2023 Thank You For Everything Shirt moreover I will buy this title I thought you were a rockstar or famous person and were trying to get your girlfriend to accept an open relationship I also need to sleep with a fan on. I tend to run hot, so a fan helps, but it isn’t just about the temp. Basically, I need air to be circulating. In the winter I still sleep with the fan on, but I aim it away from me (us). If it’s about the air, perhaps you can angle it so it doesn’t hit her directly. If it’s about the noise, you may want to look into getting a new, quieter fan. This shouldn’t be that big a deal. I’m the same way. I run hot, and my wife runs cold. I sleep with the fan on me and she’s on the other side. She likes the white noise, or at least hasn’t said anything because otherwise I’m in the other room until winter. NTA. No matter which way you go, one of you will be uncomfortable. For her to talk like she did was uncalled for. I’m surprised you’re focused on whether it’s true as opposed to how unkind it was. If I were you, I’d just tell her your sleep patterns are incompatible and there’s no way to resolve it, so you’ll have to part ways. If you’re a musician or otherwise someone who has “fans”, then yes I would say that is inappropriate… but no, and she is a rude bitch for saying what she did. Sometimes it can be tough to find a compromise when living together with different preferences, but that comment is not a good start and I don’t know what weight has to do with needing a fan or not. I would kick her the hell out of my house.
