Teachers they’re only equipping the Rina sawayama tour 2022 pop r&b music lovers classic shirt In addition,I will do this next generation of society but some people want to sabotage that because gay people exist or something idk Teaching, its literally the future of the nation to have good education and we can barely settle on a curriculum let alone make teachers pay out of pocket for supplies for their class. Teachers. This should be a prestigious profession, and only the best of the best chosen to educate the youth. They should have all the money and resources they need to do their jobs. It’s not working that way at all in my country. Teachers. I have seen middle school teachers cry multiple times in a day. It is a insane amount of stress for such a low paying job I should probably say teachers, on account of the importance of their job, but I am very on the fence about that. You have like 3 months of vacation, less workhours per day than most jobs, and in my country you are basically unfireable. You are also not held accountable for the quality of your teaching. People will say that the work doesn’t stop when you are outside of the school, since you supposedly have to prepare for the next lesson and grade tests, but nobody is forcing you to do that. Off the top of my head, stay-at-home parents should be paid more, ideally based on how good of a job they are doing child-rearing. Teachers, Doctors. You would have to pay me ALOT to consider being a full time teacher. The amount of shit they have to go through in terms of unruly kids, toxic and ungrateful parents of those kids? Insane. Doctors for much of the same reasons, except that they’ve dedicated themselves to a practice that demand an insane amounts of knowledge that actively save the lives of millions.

It’s insane and frankly disgusting that these two proffessions aren’t paid anywhere near the Rina sawayama tour 2022 pop r&b music lovers classic shirt In addition,I will do this same as a footballer. Bonus professions that are underpaid are retail staff and cleaners. Only recognised as “essential” in words only. Certainly not treated like it. Anyone in the entertainment industry is massively overpaid everyone knows that. Also I wouldn’t say doctors are “criminally underpaid”. Not one bit retail. a lot of people dont realise the work and stress and full on terror that is working retail. especially on saturdays. ive been working retail for about 2 months and on my first month i didnt even get payed minimum wage. it was brutal You aren’t taking grading , planning, 30 hours of continuing education at regular intervals, faculty meetings, tutoring sessions. parent meetings, attending sporting events, choir concerts, school plays, debates, field trips, “other duties as assigned” (much of which happens outside school hours. You are not taking into account 30 minute lunches, hardly ever getting to leave for lunch and sometimes working through lunch despite the assurance of a “duty free lunch.” Teachers have very little “down time” while at work Teachers. They don’t get paid enough to put up with most of the shit they do. Teachers arguably play one of the most important roles in society Medical laboratory scientists otherwise the people who run all your blood, stool , phlegm, body fluids tests etc in the hospital lab along with the phlebotomists who draw your blood. I think automotive technicians are. Shop rates are somwhere in the neighborhood of $125-200 and mechanics see maybe $18-30 of that. Granted I understand theres money for overhead but, seems like theres room. Imo the work is just very difficult for what youre paid and then when you compare it to other trades.. doesnt look so hot. Electricians, welders, plumbers, all can get unionized and find nice commercial work and make really good, 6 figure money after a bit. To reach 6 figures as an auto tech you would need to be a real badass who works pretty much nonstop during your day at remarkable efficiency. I think the flate rate system isnt so good either. Its pretty clearly great for shop owners, much less so for technicians.
