Therefor, Jan 6 was sedition. Can we now go up the Rigs Of Death Metal Goliath Shirt so you should to go to store and get this chain of command and nail all the seditious scheming fuckwits? Just after 6/1 heaps of people were saying “why aren’t the authorities arresting and prosecuting these guys immediately? Why are they sitting on their hands?” This is why. Slowly slowly catchee monkee. It’s damn hard to prove this sort of thing. It’s hard to prove intent. So you slowly gather up the background emails etc. corner one of the little guys and get him to roll over, then work upwards. If the prosecutors had been hasty like some people were urging, this guilty plea would never have been obtained. He should have immediately run for office for the GOP. The legal passes, favors and money would have come his way. Conspiring to overthrow the government is fine as long as you hold office, hell, your base probably prefers it. Treason is working with the foreign government but sedition is you saying we should overthrow this government and replace it with something but I don’t know what. Treason is more understandable to me because that usually means the traitor is getting a big paycheck out of it. Sedition isn’t profitable. They should all be charged with treason. That’s the definition of treason, making war against your own country, attacking your own Capitol, threatening elected lawmaker’s lives while they are at work in the halls of government, if that’s not treason what is? Despite its overuse, treason has a specific technical definition that requires cooperation with another country warring against the US. The technical term for treasonous acts that are not on behalf of a foreign combatant IS sedition.

I guess you could say agreeing to cooperate with the Rigs Of Death Metal Goliath Shirt so you should to go to store and get this government in exchange for a more lenient sentence is an oath he’ll want to keep. Well there it is!! He’s one of them Arab Terrorists Trump was protecting us from. Lock him up in Gitmo and throw away the key. I feel you. These traitors have been getting appallingly short sentences compared to the severity of their crimes. Comparably, BLM protesters were fighting flat out fucking terrorism charges for simply refusing to disperse and enjoying the privilege of being brutalized by the cops. Then again, the justice system’s response to Rittenhouse vs Reinoehl clearly demonstrates there’s two sides at play. It doesn’t sound like that’s a fine, it’s restitution for the damage he did to the Capitol. If there’s a fine it would come at sentencing which is after he’s done cooperating. That wasn’t a fine, those are assessed at sentencing, it was restitution for damage done at the capitol building was he the one who just said that he feels like Trump abandoned him and he’s pissed that Trump didn’t raise any money for his defense team? Because if it’s the same guy, I wonder how much he actually knows.
