The iPhone 6 is 6 years old at this point, the Ridin’ With Biden, I’m Good Funny Biden Falls Off Bicycle T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this fact you also go back to the iPhone 4 from 12 years ago is flattering I was gonna say, my iPhones have all lasted an avg of 4-5 years. The one I’m using right now is already over 2 years old and going just fine. For over 1000$ they should last fuckin 20, shouldn’t need all these bells and whistles to look at social media and message people Every one of my cars was bought used and made it to 400,000+ km and were 30 +years old when I got rid of them. I have electronics I that are older than my parents that I use every day. I have tools that have been in my family for 4 generations. Hell, my parents have a chair that an ancestor made in the 1600s. It’s not hard to have things last a long time if you take care of them.

I’ve never replaced a phone because it was broken, slow, or had poor battery life. I’ve replaced them because they stopped putting out software updates for them. Now maybe I’m old but I remember when shit wasn’t so prone to braking, especially when they where designed to be repaired or even upgraded. Most cars I see on the Ridin’ With Biden, I’m Good Funny Biden Falls Off Bicycle T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this road are newer than 20 years old. Most peers my age plan to keep their starter house for about 10 years, as do I My iPhone 8 is showing some signs of being old but definitely still usable for everything I do. Probably gonna swing another year or so with it. Great purchase. iPhones seem to be. I can’t comment on other brands as I haven’t owned them, but Apple seems to be building quality and supporting the software For several generations My iPhone 8 is now 5 years old and still works perfectly. CA$60 for a new battery this year was way cheaper than a new phone. Good for a few more years for sure. And I appreciate Apple supports the OS for more than the 3 years Android support is limited to. Yes they /should/… but forget everything you know about technology, hardware or software, and then remember everything you know about capitalism. When you don’t give a shit about shiny OS updates, they do. I’ve yet to hear any compelling reason about why I should give a shit about Android 12 or 13.
