We were appalled by the cost of the corkboard tables to begin with, but not including the chairs is ridiculous Because most Redditors don’t have homes, to give perspective, a genuine wood and sizable table that is not super special, will cost you about 2.5k USD at a minimum. For a pressed wood/corkboard table it will still cost around 1.2k. For a nice table it can run over 10k. Chairs are not included and cost around 50% to 100% more to match the table.
