For example last year in Denver where a permit is required had an error in their system and mis-flagged many many permits as expired and Airbnb pulled all of the Retro Dale Bozzio Rock And Roll Singer Vintage Palm Tree T-Shirt it is in the first place but effected listings offline automatically. Airbnb support was unable to do anything about it and the listings remained offline for several days until Denver fixed things on their end. No idea. The only reason I’m aware of Denver is from local hosts that were effected and by the mass email they sent to all license holders. I’d still choose an Airbnb as long as it has more than 30 good reviews, but fi there’s nothing availabe I wouldn’t mind a hotek. I actually ended up having to do a subject access request because I got so badly messed around by the host and then customer support seemed to take him at his word without investigating anything, and after going through that process, my strong suspicion is no. Only got resolved because in a fit of hubris the host admitted the issue when he left me a vicious review and it became undeniable he’d breached TOS, but I was really surprised by how lax the data access request handling was.
