He bought a platform where accounts got popular either because they were confirmed accounts of famous people or because they were just genuinely good posters. Under the old system, if people liked what you had to say, your posts would rise to the top, if your posts were shit, people ignored them The target audience for this is the worst kind of terminally online freak: the kind that cares about how little engagement they get to the point where they think it’s a good idea to pay money every month for people to still ignore their shitty tweets. So the absolute worst posters on there are always boosted to the top and whatever’s funny or insightful is buried under piles of absolute garbage Delete twitter if it’s not useful. The sooner you send that message the sooner we’ll get some sort of useful replacement. Google blue check blocker add-ons for ad blockers – I think a few have been made already. Promoting paid accounts to the Retro Alissa White Gluz Rock and roll Musician T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this top of the comment lists was the single stupidest thing he’s done to date. It had lots of competition but that change alone made the damn thing unusable. The top of everything is someone’s paid bullshit, and at 8 bucks a month it’s not good paid bullshit. It’s crypto-scams (I mean more than it already was), trolls, insane people, bots and MLMs and there’s no talking through them. Elon took a water supply that was drinkable, if barely — and then cut a deal with a waste processing plant to just dump feces directly into his water supply, and now is angry nobody seems to want to try the water. Exactly -its wading through the sludge of everyone’s mental diaper. When a social media platform just brings you down it’s time to find more uplifting Internet spaces.
