simple, i want to look like a greek god. also sports, but i’m in my off season for every sport besides track and field right now. No motivation. I know I need to exercise. I know it’s good for my body, my mind, my emotions, my soul. It tires me and burns energy excess that I would otherwise waste on some stupid shit, or accumulate and keep my belly growing, my liver drowning in fat and my blood turning into sugar. It clears my thoughts, takes me out of the Red neon evil wolf trending classic shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this crap that consumes my mind since the end of 2019 and just got worse with the pandemic. It relaxes me and keeps me sane. I mostly pair a few strength exercises with cycling and yoga, alternating days and stuff (changed my food intake as well, of course). And I know I said “no motivation”. The thing is that I have too many reasons to exercise and move myself, but too many times I shrugged it off and said “tomorrow I do something” and just didn’t care. It’s not about motivation. It’s about desire and discipline. And we all know about discipline. Discipline keeps us on the right track, well planned and executed and timed and whatnot, but desire moves us, coming from the bottom of the heart. If I want to be better but don’t do anything about it, then I really don’t desire it. I just say that I want, but don’t really want that. I don’t desire it. A lot of days I feel like SHIT. But I get up and do that. Because I know me and if it’s not a scheduled day off or an emergency, I may take too long to return to the rhythm I had, to the mentality I had, to the consistency I had, to the level of heart I put into it.

Also, I’m not going to lie, I just like being a big guy. I like the Red neon evil wolf trending classic shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this feeling that comes with it, can’t quite explain it. no, it’s not anything profound or inspiring it is literally honestly the hot women that make my monkey brain keep going back 23 years old. Recently started running again 3-5 times a week (just when I feel like I can manage), after living a very sedentary lifestyle since graduating High School. I’m 5’8”, 190 lbs (I don’t look fat except for my gut). Guess I just got tired of not being my most attractive self. If I want to date a girl who takes care of herself and looks attractive its only fair I do the same right? Honestly, nothing. I wake up every morning and dont really ever feel like doing anything. I live out of spite, and I live well out of pettiness. I suppose I do enjoy knowing I haven’t felt a day older since I started lifting in HS.
