Top of right calf with a .22. Felt like being stabbed with a hot butter knife. Ricochet off of the Real women love football smart women love the Cincinnati Bengals shirt Also,I will get this bone and exited. I was very lucky but it was very painful and there was a lot of blood which just fueled the shock and my mind thought it was so much worse. A lot of pain, physical and emotional. Shot with .22 hollow point thru the left calf. My brother dropped a gun(that had a faulty safety pin). Felt like a hot fire poker was left in my leg. Anyone who had a firecracker go off in their hand as a kid….exact same feeling. Bullet severed nerves in my leg. Extremely painful as they mended. Stayed on crutches, braces and a cane for 6 months. I got shot in my right arm by a .25. It went in just before the wrist and was at such an angle that it hit and basically ride the bone up to about an inch below my elbow. At first I didn’t even realize it, adrenaline and all, but then this immense pressure started. It felt like a car was sitting in my arm. That’s the most memorable feeling I have. Pressure, insane amounts of pressure. I thought my arm was going to explode. I had compartment syndrome and had to have a fasciotomy. I didn’t get into surgery for about 2.5 hours and despite the morphine and then dilaudin, the pressure never stopped. Fun part was that it started healing before the swelling went down so I couldn’t get stitches and instead had to have a wound vac. Imagine a cut from your wrist to your elbow, almost to the bone and wider than your hand at the widest. Then take a black porous sponge, cut it to fit, plastic wrap it to the wound and hook up a vacuum. Then rip that off and redo it every other day. Awesome device but horrible pain.

22. Hit my left leg four inches below knee bounced off my bone and almost came out my calf muscle right before the Real women love football smart women love the Cincinnati Bengals shirt Also,I will get this out skin. It honestly felt like someone threw a big clay hard rock like a baseball and kicked my leg out from under me. Light weight though. Didn’t fall. Technically not a gunshot, but I caught some shrapnel overseas. A metal fragment about the size of a pencil, that lodged into my left bicep. Like a white hot explosion happened through the palm of my hand with pain radiating out to my fingers. Worst pain I could ever imagine for 4-5 months. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. 9mm hollow point- I’m lucky to have a functional hand. It’s very, very hot. Like getting a fire poker pushed through you. It knocks the wind out of you in a unique kinda way. After that it throbs as your heart beats. Things also go numb depending on how the swelling impacts your nerves.
