Wouldn’t organizing a garage sale and trying to force your neighbors to participate be a violation of some sort of HOA CC&R’s or bylaws? Zero percent chance the Real women love country music smart women love George Strait shirt Besides,I will do this original builders put that into the CC&R. Also a zero oercent chance any community management company, with even one lawyer, would allow the board to go through all the steps required to add it, assuming it could even pass a community vote. Exactly. She doesnt have the authority to make such demands. Every single other resident in the HOA should simply ignore her demand. Fuck that… here me out. Obviously this is some super planed out elaborate neighborhood garage sale, there are going to be a ton of people going to just check it out at minimum, that’s where you take advantage undercut fucking everyone especially Karen, make a shit load of profits and don’t give them fucking shit except for a casual “suck my dick”. I would make it my life’s mission to sell 1 million dollars in products for the first time in us history at a garage sale just to piss that lady off.

She can have her 10% cut, but she has to be ok with the Real women love country music smart women love George Strait shirt Besides,I will do this table full of artisanal free range dildos I have for sale. How is this enforceable? Need to hire some kids to skateboard in front of this assholes house all day. I’m sure she’s the type that would have an issue with this. Control freaks like the Karen responsible for the post tend to rely on keeping their harassment just under the point where it would be worth going to court. Is it enforceable? Probably not. Would it cost more time and money to go to court over it than to host a yard sale? Probably. I’m super curious about the logistics of forcing someone to have a garage sale. What if I just don’t have stuff I can sell? Like I live a minimalist life or I’m just careful about only buying and keeping what I need? If I refused to have a garage sale and went to court over it how could they prove that I had stuff I could have sold? Even if one assumes that the HOA contract has some sort of legally valid clause about having to have a garage sale there’s no way they can get around someone simply not having stuff they can sell – they can’t force someone to sell their possessions. It’s kind of fascinating.
