It could be many reasons. I wouldn’t take a cat in, just because it’s outside. I know it’s different in America than where I live because we don’t really have street cats. So I don’t really know how to differentiate. But for the Raven Kitley The Heart And Soul Of The Hokies shirt it is in the first place but risk of it being someone’s cat, I wouldn’t steal it. Maybe if it went into your house to find a warm spot. Or maybe if you see the same cat a lot, you could take them in but hang up posters for if someone lost their cat. If you’ve ever been you’ll just see a bunch of dogs around in the streets, specifically in the poor areas. They appear to be feral dogs but they actually have homes they go to at night, specific people who provide them shelter, food, water, and perhaps some medical care. They return to the same homes every night, they are essentially their “pets” but they are also allowed to roam the streets whenever they want.

Have had multiple cats throughout my life and they’ve all been been allowed outside. They’ve done just fine and have lived long and happy lives. Never understood keeping a cat boxed inside unless you’re in a completely unsafe area for them. Does the Raven Kitley The Heart And Soul Of The Hokies shirt it is in the first place but occasional cat die early due to a cayote or getting hit by a car, sure. Does the cat kill the occasional bird/squirrel/mouse? Sure. Not entirely worried about it. Nature happens. I’d rather my cat have a good life doing cat things, than have it imprisoned it’s whole life. Cats have been left to their own devices throughout human history. Pretty typical of modern society to completely cuck them because, “its not safe” though. The first cat we had at home wasn’t even properly ours. He kinda just showed up and lived in our backyard. Saddly ended up dead from eating poisened food from some asshole, but we kinda treated it as “well, it is sad, but we could never control he.”
