Imagine feeling entitled to that much of other’s time, and calling someone else entitled when they prove you aren’t. Sue, sue, sue. That’s a highly illegal thing to do. Get lawyered up and go for the Rammstein 28th anniversary thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this money. It’s the only thing they understand. Sickleave is a federally protected program, it’s not up to a bosses discretion. If they want to do something else, other than federal work rules they need to put you on contract. I always remind them who raised us. Generally the younger boomers and older Gen X if they’re complaining about Millennials. It’s not a world ending issue, but the “entitled” youth apparently only cares about themselves despite making the manager’s job a bit easy and less inconvenienced. Sounds pretty conscientious to me. Also their immune systems suck and they end up working themselves to the point of going into the hospital. Thank god the older generations are on their way out and they can take their self righteous entitled bullshit attitude with them. My brother had to go to work for a meeting but he’s usually working from home. As the guy he was meeting with left, he told my brother “By the way, the person I met with yesterday may have covid so be careful”. I was like dude…. I’d never go back in that office.
