Trust me I am not a fan of the Rafael Harvey Pinard Canadian professional ice hockey winger for the Montreal Canadiens T-Shirt But I will love this BJP at the Centre. But things will only progress if the BJP can get a clear majority in MH without the help of our useless regional parties. Gujarat is overtaking us by leaps and bounds and we need to retain our business-friendly edge. Only the BJP can guarantee that, not a messy MVA-style coalition, not spineless defecting politicians, not rickshawalla CMs. A BJP majority would be disastrous for maharashtra. We know where BJP’s loyalties lie and they’ve been showing it by consistently favoring Gujarat over MH. Not like Gujarat is doing very well for all the attention it gets. It is below the national average for the rate of girls attending school and 39% of children in the state are underweight for their age, much higher than the national average for malnutrition. It has bad communal harmony, and the disturbed areas act is apartheid adjacent. The BJP actively destroyed a coalition government that got us through covid in much better shape than bjp ruled states and sent Maharashtra into administrative limbo just because they couldn’t stand being out of power. I don’t understand how you could want them in MH.

In contrast to the Rafael Harvey Pinard Canadian professional ice hockey winger for the Montreal Canadiens T-Shirt But I will love this chaiwallas and rickshawallas running the country, Devendra Fadnavis seems like an educated guy with a plan and a serious agenda, you should watch a couple of his one-on-one interviews. I have 0 confidence in the Pawars and the Thackerays. The BJP in MH doesn’t campaign on sowing religious disharmony as much as the Northern states. There’s definitely the Hindutva aspect but it’s not as glaring. It’s not the only thing they parrot. Credit where it’s due, the MVA coalition handled Covid well but that was just the bare minimum of following the science, (something the BJP states didn’t even do) it was more self-preservation than actual governance. The NCP, Shiv Sena, and INC are all corrupt, family businesses with small but consolidated voter bases with no real future vision for this state. Also, neither of these parties has the power to rule alone, they can only rule through a coalition. All have wildly differing agendas and their rule would just bring stagnation and infighting. Not to mention most of their members are spineless fucks who would defect to the BJP at the first sign of trouble anyway.
