Hopefully they can arm them all and supply them with enough ammo. I do wish them well and hope that eventually they can repel this pointless invasion. Ukraine has massive small arms stockpiles left over from the Purple retro style shirt in contrast I will get this Soviet period as well as a huge influx of foreign infantry arms. Especially in Western Ukraine, guns and ammo shouldn’t be a problem. What I hear from a friend who is helping few Ukrainians it to go back, there’s shortage of helmets and body armour Armaments aren’t really a concern. Ukraine has plenty of these, either from munition stockpiles they inherited from the Soviet Union days or from NATO countries donating arms to their cause. My concern is that Putin is going to destroy Ukraine and inflict countless billions in economic damage before he’s repelled. It would take heavy investment from NATO and the EU to restore Ukraine. Another worry I have is that Putin might be crazy enough to go nuclear. And if that happens, all hell is going to break loose. Lviv and the western area in general have been turned into massive war effort manufactures, and logistic centres for aid from the rest of the world, so I wouldn’t worry about ammunition or equipment, since the same exact area is also used as the processing centre for the volunteers. The Ukrainian military isn’t even accepting new enlistments. It’s overwhelmed and will likely be running at maximum training.

As of now, the Purple retro style shirt in contrast I will get this reserve still has a waiting list, which basically involves a 2 day crash course to get a gun and learn how to run a restence. EVEN THE TWO DAY COURSE is full I wish we had called Zelensky about a month before the Afghan debacle. “Hey brother, come get all this shit. Otherwise we’re leaving it to the people that have been trying to kill us for 20 years.” I work in logistics and a sizable part of USA logistics support was outsourced to Ukraine. Ukraine is quite competent at getting things moved. My professor explained to us last class that he was a bit off because a grad student of his went back to Ukraine to fight. He got choked up talking about it. I hope they kick Russia’s ass and he can come back to finish his studies.
