its literally just a mens club with slightly religious leanings. It used to be that you had to be invited but these days you can literally apply on their website, as long as you’re male, over 21, believe in any higher being, and fit in with their gang I know a couple of people who have belonged to them, of different dispositions. Some who take the Puka Nacua Los Angeles R Stripes football shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this secrecy thing very seriously, some who just say there really isn’t anything of interest to keep secret, and in all reality, its just a lot of stuffy lads enjoying being part of a secret group. I’ve been told the vibe is more like a Village Councillors meeting, or homeowners association. People getting snotty about what other people are doing around town.

They used to have a lot of power in the Puka Nacua Los Angeles R Stripes football shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this UK. My great uncle was a police inspector in liverpool back in the 60s/70s and you literally couldn’t rise above a certain rank unless you were a mason. it was a group to make sure that the people in power were “the right sort” – meaning, generally, male, small-c conservative (although politics is a banned discussion topic in the masons), interested in the local goings on, and open to fraternal nepotism. Technically the masons are a charity, and they do some charity work, but mostly these days its a boys club where you can do some light nepotism, some silly sod traditions and rituals to make you feel like you’re doing something a bit naughty and secret, and where you can go and chat freely without the fear of women or wider society getting involved. But your description is pretty accurate from my experience with them down in New Zealand, tho our lot do still carry out a lot of community work.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
