Lastly, the Proud Friend Of A Class Of 2023 Graduate Sunflower T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this prez told that access will be given only to those who have rent agreement in their name and no one else. They should be worried that women will put a case against them for privacy violations, targeted harassment, public humiliation and what not. Write a letter to the Association and leave it on record that there is no by-law restricting access to any friends of yours, regardless of gender, and there can be no Association rules that are above the law of the land. If they are worried about prostitution, then maybe some girl should show up at their place and ask their wife for the ‘rest of the payment’. As for suggestions, unless your owner is willing to fight the RWA, there is not much you can do. Maybe can threaten them with a legal notice/police complaint but they will bother your owner and then you know how it will end. Btw didn’t understand why you mentioned you work at a psu ? (Just asking, if you mean psu job holders have an edge here) I should have been clearer. I mentioned this as I am working in Karnataka for more than 7 years, have grown fond of it and in no way been disrespectful to to the state and its culture. Don’t these association uncle’s have any other job ? Honestly you have rented the house and you are free to do whatever you want there. If you end up doing something illegal it’s the responsibility of law enforcement to take you to task ! Check with a lawyer but given the fact that the house owner can let you go with a month’s notice i don’t think it would be helpful, the association guys would just force you to vacate the moment you ask questions !

Nothing new these apartment associations harass even their own residents who brought flats and pay huge maintenance ,there will be some frustrated uncles in this association , I had my far share of argument with these folks, made me regret moving into a society apartment , you cant even drive a car peacefully with these aholes coming up with dozen rules No point in renting a flat in these societies which act like dictatorship, I would move into an independent house if I am looking to shift in future or buy a house, done with these kind of gated apartments Since you are renting – move. You can discuss with your landlord for a rapid exit on the Proud Friend Of A Class Of 2023 Graduate Sunflower T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this basis that the RWAis harassing you and not allowing your visitors in. If he wants you to stay, he must ask the society to stop the BS. Mention the apartment name and area it is in. People looking for rentals can maybe avoid the judgement people there.
