Hands down the Prime Time Colorado Buffalo shirt In addition,I will do this best Airbnbs are the host’s own vacation property. They have good beds, comfortable living spaces and useful kitchen supplies. We have had some of the best family vacations in those kind of places. Also if booking a large place, count the beds in pictures. Sleeps 20 sounds nice and roomy until 10 spots are pull outs. Yes I had this happen in tupelo Mississippi An entire house should have a living room and a kitchen in addition to The bedroom The ones that get me are the advertised “full kitchen” and you get there with a lasagne thawed in the cooler, ready to go in the oven only to find a two-burner cooktop and a microwave. I was definitely NOT happy. This is an AirBnb setting issue. They either allow the host to mark the home as “Room” or “Whole house”. There is no in between. Homes that are duplexes or divided up between basement and main with separate entrances don’t fall in either category. For those, “Whole house” can be misleading but “Room” is entirely inaccurate given that you’ll probably have private washrooms, kitchen, living etc. That being said, I have a similar situation with the place I’m hosting. It has a separate basement unit. I select settings saying that guests will get the entire place with private entrance but I ensure I write it down in multiple places on the app that there are 2 units so guests are well aware ahead of time. Sound travels so they do need to know.

You might not get a full refund but I’d definitely try to bring it up to the Prime Time Colorado Buffalo shirt In addition,I will do this host. They might be amenable to some refunds due to the noise disruption. Escalate to Airbnb if everything in the listing gave the impression it is a standalone house and if the host doesn’t acknowledge your situation at all. I agree it’s an AirBnB issue. AirBnB actually has “entire dwelling” as the option – that’s the option for an entire unit with a dedicated private entrance. Apartments, condos, single family houses & multi-family homes all fall into that category, because the only criteria is private entrance and no shared spaces. I’ve seen a lot of hosts (and even corporations) abuse this setting. Sometimes it’s a cabin rental place with 10+ properties next to each other, all listed separately so you’d never know. Sometimes it’s multiple apartments. On one memorable occasion, it was an AirBnB inside of an active business lol. No other tenants, but no privacy that’s for sure. Pretty easy to weed out the corporations with some research, but a lot harder to downright impossible to weed out a house with a basement unit unless it’s disclosed.
