Parents in Vietnam don’t spank, we put our kids in time-outs and give them participation trophies that way they can grow up soft, woke and have gender identity crises. Depend on the Premium washington Parra Shark Shirt moreover I love this time period, I guess. I was born late 80, and spanking is quite common among kids my ages. But my brother, born early 90x barely get any spanking, and i have seen no kid born in 2000 get spanked unless they seriously messed up I was beaten with a wooden bamboo broom. Usually something metal. Never the hand. Bruised forearm or thigh usually When I was a kid my father use electric cord and twist it and make it into a whip then hit me, my mother hit me with broomstick and they think it’s normal to discipline me like that. In the end they teach me nothing and Im still a bad kid lol

Most of the Premium washington Parra Shark Shirt moreover I love this stories I hear from Vietnamese people are applicable to Filipinos as well. So, yeah, it’s very common. But according to my Vietnamese student, it also depends on the generation. Recently, parents have lessened antiquated disciplinary measures. They never really recover. Not my mom but my dad once whipped me with a fucking tree branch lmao. I pissed myself. Never felt any more pain after that day though. He literally shut down my pain receptors after that. Comment threads like this is why I don’t feel bad for elderly abuse when abusive parents get old. When you teach kids violence “solves” problems, guess they’ll do when you present problems in old age.
