I’m a truck driver so my job works against my health if I let it. Had a coworker right as covid was starting who got two toes cut off bc he was a fat diabetic who sat in the Premium nFL Grit Football Player And Lion Shirt But I will love this truck and ate junk food all day. When he came back to work he didn’t change any of his eating or exercise habits and shockingly had to get another two toes cut off later that same year. Then he had a stroke and heart attack at the same time in the truck. When he got the first amputation I ordered a rowing machine that day from Amazon and went from there. Rowing, stationary bike, weights, crunches. I do something everyday before work. I also cut sugar almost completely out of my diet. I weighed 259 the day he got amputated and was down to 229 within 6 months. I’m 6’2” so that feels like a good weight for my frame.

My motivation comes from that guy and dozens more like him. Way too many people in my line of work are eating themselves into an early grave and I do t intend to be one of them. I enjoy it. Different strokes for different folks. When I struggle it helps to think about standing on a beach in a swim suit and having my wife look at me and say: “nice”. Organized groups. On my own, I would never work out at all. I’m on a Cross Country team, so I don’t have the Premium nFL Grit Football Player And Lion Shirt But I will love this choice. I simply must. That makes it way easier. Once it becomes a habit you’ll feel off if you don’t workout. It relieves stress and it’s a great way for me to listen to music. Also, I usually have an hour to kill in the evenings so it’s perfect for that. If I had less free time it would be more difficult.
