Observe your fog, observe your trying to get back to your previous state because in trying to get back to your previous state you are trying to get back to a memory of your previous state and that is not the Premium killer Bee Naruto T-Shirt besides I will buy this state itself. Embrace and observe your current state for it is new and not a memory. “In awareness there is no becoming, there is no end to be gained. There is silent observation without choice and condemnation, from which there comes understanding.” “the fog is stopping me from meditating again” That’s a thought. Thoughts come. Thoughts go. Watch them like your breath. And when you drift off, bring it back and focus on the breath. Again. You got this. And then you don’t. But then you do. Because you will just keep bringing it back. You haven’t had covid recently have you ? .. I have gone through a period of what I can only describe as brain fog .. it lasted about 4 or 6 weeks and I was getting quite worried.. I noticed it most keenly when I meditated.. the focus just wasn’t there and meditation is my most enjoyable and looked forward to practice .. I tried changing my diet .. getting more exercise… less exercise… more sleep .. nothing made any difference.. then I remembered I had 3 or 4 days of intermittent sniffles earlier.. nothing serious but a bit unusual. .. I just wonder if I had a very mild case of covid which even though almost unnoticeable left brain fog .. it’s gone now but was worrying at the time..

Premium killer Bee Naruto T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

No covid symptoms for now I think its just natural but I am making it worse by comparing myself to my old mindful self. It will almost certainly pass .. have you tried what is called the Premium killer Bee Naruto T-Shirt besides I will buy this all over body awareness exercise.. sit or lie down and concentrate your attention on your toes for a few moments then the rest of your feet .. ankles.. calves .. shins .. etc working up to the top of your head.. send thoughts of love and caring .. health and beauty to all the cells in that part of the body you are concentrating on .. it’s a great preliminary exercise to any form of meditation… Yeah it might. But also, that’s an interesting thought. Thoughts do that. Try and hook us. But they’re just thoughts. They come. They go. Sometimes they’re sticky and they take longer — but they go. Here’s a thought: brains do better on more oxygen. So focus on your breath. Notice feelings and thoughts. Gain insight. Get distracted by thoughts of insight. Bring it back to the breath. Be mindful of your depression. Observe what actions and thoughts are being prompted by this depressive state. Learn more about your depressive state. The causes, the triggers etc. This is how you untie your knots.
