It’s been 5 years now, and I haven’t heard a single complaint out of him, other department heads are still dealing with it though. I read somewhere today that sending work emails is like turn-based combat, and I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. Don’t try it with someone who knows better. That is a career altering event. In my case I will fire such a person without another word.
