I would suggest OP to go to another center and try because the Premium back To School Teacher We Are Like A Box Of Crayons But When Get Together Picture T-Shirt But I will love this current ones seem to be dumb to understand the issue. I had to go to consumer forum to get refund for a product I bought from their official website – the earphones I got from them was not working and they took the product back but didn’t refund my money for months For me, it took a few mails and some forum images with same issue to get a replacement. However the replacement headphones has been working great since 5+ years now. Product is good, service is questionable. I asked recently for a replacement head band as the headband is peeling off, I got the dumbest of replies and finally I gave up. Have been using sennheiser for 14 years now. Absolutely phenomenal products and service(Their wiring on headphones is so robust!!!). I have tried all of sony, skullcandy, bose, audio technica but nothing feels right to me and i keep going back to sennheiser.

Having said that skullcandy service used to be fabulous too but cant say same about product. Replaced my skullcrusher about 4-5 times and basically tried every fucking color back in college.(use to be poor wiring most of the Premium back To School Teacher We Are Like A Box Of Crayons But When Get Together Picture T-Shirt But I will love this time) My Senn stopped working 20months into purchase and they made a no questions asked replaced to honour their 2 year warranty I bought sennheiser cx 180 in college twice, because of the 2 year warranty and they replace when the earphones stop working within warranty period. You just send your defective ones to gurgram office and they send back a new one. After I got a job I bought the sennheiser ie40 pro in 2020, and it’s still working fine. The cable is all broken up so i’m thinking about a cable replacement though. 2 year warranty was what they were last offering. Sennheiser build quality is one we should talk about though, twice the earphones wire got damaged at the same point. Never buying it again.
