I’m really surprised this is so difficult for some people here to grasp and I have to assume it’s because they aren’t actually very familiar with modern games and what this actually is for. They see additional content behind money and get mad. OP is embodiment of “old man yells at cloud”. People that have been in the Premium avatar 2009 2023 14th anniversary return to the world of fandoka signature shirt also I will do this FGC for a long time know how expensive the old update models are. You pretty much paid twice the price for the same update. Yeah, it seems like you’re actually getting the full game as it is on release. The packs are mostly just bundling future DLC characters and their cosmetics (and what I assume is DLC maps maybe?). The worst thing here seems to be the premium drive ticket currency, but I’m unfamiliar with what it’s used for. There’s definitely some REAL shady “game packages” out there, but I don’t think I’d feel any FOMO just buying the base package of SF6

They aren’t making a point. They are farming karma on an exhausting subject and using one of the Premium avatar 2009 2023 14th anniversary return to the world of fandoka signature shirt also I will do this worst genres to do it. Those 4 extra characters and stages are released months from now as DLC to be clear, this just means you pay for them now instead of when they come out. Brother, those are future DLC, those characters are still in development. You can buy it now cheaper than when it is released. Street Fighter 6 comes with lots of stuff already It’s not included in any version of the game. You’re just pre ordering DLC characters that are going to come out in the future. You will still have the option to buy that future content if you want to once it comes out. Which frankly is better because you actually know what you’re buying. There’s a chance those characters don’t work with your particular play style or just aren’t very good. You do get the colour 10 with the base game too, it’s a pre order bonus, it’s just not displayed well that you won’t get those colours for the characters you haven’t purchased, that will be released over the next year. It clearly says YEAR one pass. Aka, they plan to release four additional characters and two stages over the course of the first year. If they stick to this instead of releasing all four right at the start of the year, then the base game is indeed the full game. Yup I hardly agree, the great roster, the fully fleshed out single player mode that isn’t an arcade mode, the mini games, side games, also has the classic SF games, and a great online experience. The game is out here to achieve greatness to veterans and new audience for the series, and this time they did it right.
