Oh boy just wait til they learn that alot of older people of Northern European countries have recipes for cat and dog meat. I ate horse quite a bit when I was in Northern China/Mongolia. It tastes pretty good. Definitely better than goat, deer and other gamey meat. I don’t see an ethical issue with eating horse, especially considering that the Pray For Me My Wife Is 50 Percent Colombian 50 Percent Italian T-Shirt but in fact I love this meat industry in the US is already fucked I grew up eating smoked horse meat. It’s thinly sliced. Pretty delicious on bread with some cream cheese. It’s super normal in the Netherlands ?‍♂️ The odd thing is that much of the public opinion of horse meat in the US has been influenced by millionaire horse owners like T Boone Pickens who lobbied congress to outlaw slaughtering horses in the US.

Most of it was for foreign markets but led to a huge amount of horses being abandoned at death. Typically owners would not have to pay for anything as the Pray For Me My Wife Is 50 Percent Colombian 50 Percent Italian T-Shirt but in fact I love this carcasses were sold. Not all horse owners were energy billionaires. Disappointed. I came looking for validation on the two chefs I suspect to be associated with this but found no names. I’d be shocked and disappointed if it weren’t David McMillan and Frédéric Morin. Be careful in Japan when you are in pubs with touchscreen menus at the tables. Horse meat looks similar to ahi sashimi/nigiri when you are a naive westerner…sushihorse.jpg I’m born in French Canada and still live there 65 years later. Never, ever heard about eating horses meat, even less if it’s tartar! Having lived in other countries I can say without concern that horse, dog and cat are all eaten (and more exotic things, but I’ve been offered those three. Get over your thinking about animals as somehow sacred. In India cattle actually are sacred, yet they’ll eat goats, buffalo, reptiles and insects that would freak out most Americans. I have eaten most animal meat …from frogs to snails to sharks to alligators to horse to rabbit, pheasant , partridge, pigs sheep, cows ,deer, chicken ,ostrich, winged rats, many different fish, ….but I much prefer goat stew . I have never eaten dog ( unless you count hot dog . ) ? I was at a posh restaurant with a few of my friends , waiter asked “ how would you like your steak sir “ ..”I would like it medium rare please “ …my pal was asked the same question and he replied ..” just pull the horns oot and wipe its arse pal “ ??‍?
