Partners sharing a room. It’s uncomfortable, hot, disruptive and some people are stinky. I vote for having separate bedrooms (for sleeping). Marriage? Yeah, who needs a stable and legally binding commitment to their partner before bringing children into the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this world? Scoff! Hand shakes. Was so glad these went away during covid. Wish we could adopt the bow or something without contact. Apparently immediately hand sanitizing after is rude lol Looking down on people who live with family. If your family is fine with each other why is it stigmatised? And also notice just for interest sake that when super wealthy people live as a unit it’s not stigmatised (eg Swiss level wealth) Funerals. I just don’t understand why we put dead bodies in boxes and bury them in the ground indefinitely. What is the point? It takes up a lot of land that could be used for people that are actually alive and there is no purpose to it. The only person who has ever said that is either a narcissist, or just mindlessly blabbing some thing they heard, and thought it sounded good. In actuality, a sincere apology connects you to other human beings. It says you are accountable and are striving to be trustworthy. If anything, never saying “I’m sorry” is a red flag of a weak minded person. “Big boy/girl” jobs. Most jobs that are not included in this descriptor have a much larger effect on the general public’s lives and is instrumental in continuing to undervalue and allow institutions to underpay service workers.

Having to be liberal to support abortion and having to be conservative to believe in biological sex. And the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this most balanced people, who are dead center and willing to listen to both sides and make the effort to think rather than just follow, are everyone’s enemy for not being anyone’s enemy and keep getting shut down when they are most likely to help the rest of us make progress. Fake personas… Everyone seems to want to hide behind a fake persona these days based on fitting and being accepted by some specific spectrum of people. When did being true to yourself end up being so unpopular? Having just said that, I can see how others with bad intentions would use a fake persona to hide their true intentions. The “Nice Guy” for example. There are a bunch of us that are capable of seeing through the veil and it’s really painful to witness.
Tipping. Nobody wants to subsidize your company’s profit margins and greed, we do it out of social obligation to a quality of service we’ve never seen in our lifetimes. Ok hear me out. Marriage or the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this family unit ‘two parents plus children’. The saying ‘it takes a village [to raise a child] should be taken much more litterally. It is not natural for humans to suffer from the extreme lack of sleep thar new mothers do nowadays, and it probably didn’t happen it the past. Working in an office. A real dinosaur relic kept alive by arsehole billionaires who are only out to protect their vile dragon-gold profits. I don’t understand why it’s “disrespectful” to wear a hat during the national anthem (USA). At sports games “please remove your hat for the singing of the national anthem.” Why? It used to be disrespectful for a man to wear a hat indoors and that has been done away with.

About this Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt

tipping isn’t customary in the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this uk but most people do and it’s seen as rude if you don’t but i’m not being funny if the service was terrible why am i still expected to tip? also the fact that half the time the tips don’t even go to the service workers. My thought, take 2-4/yrs. w/60-120 credit hours of whatever you like. Before you graduate sit down with your mentor or counselors. At that point they will determine your major. Using “sir” and “ma’am”. Why risk offending someone? There are other ways to be respectful like just saying “thank you” Call me if you need anything – everyone says it, no one (outside of your best friend or close family) actually mean it. So, just stop saying it. holidays. 90% of them are nonsense, and anybody who works retail it just means more and more hellish work, and usually no holiday pay. If you love and appreciate someone, find a special day like idk…. your anniversary to let them know, don’t feel pressured to make “valentine’s” a thing. I think we should limit it to about 5 holidays per year, and mandate businesses shut down that day, so everyone can enjoy them. And if its an “essential business” like hospitals or firestations or what have you (No, not you Walmart, stfu, close your darn doors people will live without groceries for 1 day.), those people at the real essentials that never shut down need to be celebrated, given holiday pay, and holiday meals should be provided to them, and so much more. Independence Day/Summer Holiday, Easter/Spring Holiday, Thanksgiving/Fall Holiday, Christmas/Winter Holiday, and New Years Day.
Oh, and we should get a paid day off every election year. So, like, what, every 2 years we get a bonus holiday or something, just for that. 38 more repliesI don’t usually wear a full base or even anything close to it. I typically spot conceal some redness around my nose and that’s it. I’ve been blessed with very clear skin now that I’m in my early 30s so I usually just conceal my under eyes, the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this redness in my cheeks, and my nose. I blend that outward then just do a light setting powder all over! It’s easy on the skin, fast, and add blush and your eye look and it’s like a full face without completely covering your skin. I used to exclusively use only eyemakeup and no foundation pre-pandemic time. I didnt know what foundation shade would match me so i didnt bother and i was too scared to ask makeup associate to help.
Now i wear foundation on days when i go to school. And work. My cheeks turn pink/red when i am nervous/excited and now i can finally cover it up and even out skintone as well. Did you ever let your foundation dry down before wearing your mask? If its not adequately dried down it can shift around. i would let it dry down, it definitely could’ve been the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this brand and how much i applied. used to use tinted moisturizer which i feel like doesn’t dry down by nature (and isn’t technically a foundation) but then i used medium to full coverage foundation and would do a full face of makeup on top. probably also could’ve practiced better hygiene in terms of prepping and setting. i just don’t like it for me and didn’t know if people would think eye makeup alone looked strange, ultimately doesn’t matter but im curious anyway 🙂 I hate foundation. I’ve purchased one bottle in my life and never finished it. I just wear tinted moisturizer. Wear what makes you feel good!
I prime and then just put some concealer where I have a lot of redness. Doesn’t even cover it completely, I just want to tone it down and look more even. A full face of foundation definitely isn’t a necessity, even if you want to wear glam makeup, and even if you want some coverage or a more even complexion. You can try spot concealing, or apply foundation or concealer on patches of your face where you want more coverage. Also, if you have the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this money, play around with different products and formulas. I hated a lot of the foundations I tried early on before I found one that I liked. Even now that I know there are foundation formulas that work for me, I still prefer doing less and just using some concealer here and there. You’ll find what works for you🫶
I used to, but after discovering skincare and loving how my skin looks, I just do eyes, lips and a little blush now. Also helps with sunscreen reapplication, as I never got the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this hang of reapplying sunscreen after the 2 hour mark over a full face. i personally would only wear it for special occasions unless one met all of your criteria (sensory issues and inconvenient). it’s probably bc you’re in the beauty world but lots of normal people walk around with hormonal acne without covering it! Yeah, I don’t wear foundation. I’ve never been able to make it look better than my natural skin. My colouration is more uniform when wearing it, but my skin looks a lot smoother without it. Also, my cheeks are naturally quite pink and I feel a little silly putting foundation and then blush on top of it when I could just do without both. I am also a habitual face toucher, and foundation feels gross.
all i do for a base is spot conceal, but i alr do very minimal makeup + i’m a teenager with no acne so it’s different for everyone I do sometimes, but I’m getting much more comfortable without. I used to have acne as well so it took a while until it felt okay to skip any skin coverage products, but now it almost feels like it looks better. If I do bold eye makeup with bare skin it makes me feel like I’m really doing my makeup for my own self expression instead of trying to blend in, look flawless, or appeal to other people. I also haven’t really tried shade matching since I came across a good-enough foundation years ago, so I don’t know if I have the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this energy to go and hunt a better one down. Not sure what your skincare is like, but if you use moisturizer and sunscreen on the daily you could use a tinted one.
The fat neckbeard says, adjusting himself from the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this giant crater that is his couch seat, pointing at the beauty pageant contestants Every time I see a dude intimidated by a fit woman all that tells me is that they are lazy and weak. This woman is sexy AF That bizlet prolly weighs 400 pounds and eats deep fried blocks of cheese for dinner and washes it down with a glass of condensed milk on the other hand, people are constantly telling me I “must be gay” because I don’t want to date women I’m not attracted to, but that pretty much filters out most women who are interested in me. it sucks but no one has a choice in what attracts them. I know I’m absolutely hetero but also don’t want to be in a sexless, platonic relationship. but for some reason that make gay I guess
Well, only DNA in the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this sperm is used to make a baby, the sperm itself dies during fertilization. So no people are not their dad’s sperm, they are their mom’s egg which has been fertilized by their dad’s sperm and grew. This means all women are lesbians? It depends on how your attracted to her? Is it because she’s built you may be gay. If it’s because she’s beautiful then you most likely straight. Over all who wouldn’t be attracted to her from either side men of women. I mean she’s not my type and she’s probably much leaner than is healthy for women, but how the fuck does someone get “gay” out of that? That’s absurd. Hold up, i just had a thought – what if this is addressed to women instead of men? It would make total sense then!In the immediate vicinity of my place are two churches and one hospital; it’s right downtown, so I didn’t really think ahead on that one. I have a quiet bicycle, and a mattock that’s the right size for me but I don’t think my odds are that great. Reminds me I really gotta put together a go-bag. Physically? Not ideal honestly. Fitness is okayish, but there are just so many small things i keep pushing off in terms of health. Also, i had kidney stones last year and if that happens again without strong painkillers and a medical professional around to remove them, I’m biting a bullet, that shit was awful. Equipment vise? I guess. I’ve got some food, i grow some myself already and could expand on that, i have a reasonably safe watersource that doesn’t rely on electricity, i have ammunition and some medical gear. Sure, not ideal, id not be able to uphold a comfy living style particularly long, but i don’t think my family or i would starve without the next two years. Mentally? No. Sure, a lot of my current issues that weigh on me pretty bad right now would literally disappear, but also a lot of the things i like. Music and movies would be a big one. That’s actually one of the reasons i still occasionally buy cds and dvds, but those would still require a solid source of electricity and i just don’t have one with that capacity. And sure, momentarily those may be tiny issues, but over time they would take a massive bite out of morale. I’m also very not ready to loose my loved ones. That’s honestly the main issue here. I really, really love my family
I’m setting up shop on my lawn. Front yard, out in the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this open. Going to drink, let my dog bite people, then get eaten by the zombies. I wish it happens with economic crisis qnd housing prices. I wish some zombie bite me and I Wouldn’t have to work anymore Fuck yeah! The last pandemic wasn’t what I had in mind.I WILL die in the first half,no lie but idc let’s go out in style instead of 30 years down the road with no teeth. Quite ready… to see if the military can handle it. If not then I’m grabbing the strongest sleeping pills, and saying my goodbyes. Just found out a lot of billionaires have their bunkers in New Zealand so I’m liking my chances of getting to one before they can get here. Having lived in the UK for 40 years I’m probably zombie ready, but I can’t be bothered anymore. Perhaps being zombified would mean less meaningless chat about the weather on a daily basis. Logistically and skills based? Yes. I am ready for surviving in place. I am not ready for cardio, I would die in minutes. 360 more repliesThe thing is, if you implemented this policy as a request you might actually have positive results. Trying to enforce it as a mandate is stupid, counterproductive, and in most places if not all, illegal.
If you stay long enough you’ll make money. See I started out mopping floors. But now, I’m washing lettuce. Soon I’ll be on fries then the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this grill. In a year or two, I’ll make assistant manager and that’s when the big bucks start rolling in. People are taking this sign way too seriously. Of course you can quit. The purpose is to try conflict resolution rather than giving in to whims because of a potentially frustrating one-off experience. Besides 90% of the time those “conflict resolutions” are them calming you down to keep you working another two weeks while they hire a replacement then let you go. That’s not how it’s phrased though, it says “it is the policy of this restaurant that employees cannot quit”. That’s not phrased as conflict resolution, it reads more like an order.
Cyberpunk expectations: you cannot quit working for evil megacorporation which produces weapons, combat AIs and biotech. Cyberpunk in reality you cannot quit working for evil megacorporation which is just public toilet. As soon as someone tries to prevent you from walking out, then congratulations. You can now press charges for kidnapping/false imprisonment. There is a simple but effective power that works in damn near any situation and anyone can try it out – just leaving That’s not even legal. What is this, indentured servitude? I would love the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this legal eagles of Reddit to have a look at this sign and list for us how many labor laws this violates. No, better yet, if you quit or are terminated, you must pay a $10,000 severance fee. You will be working with zero salary until that fee is paid.
I mean, I have already seen job postings with “reverse paid internships” and employers demanding for salary to be paid back. This is pretty tame compared to those. My first thought when seeing this sign is to burn down the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this restaurant. Then, when they tell me I have no job (because the restaurant burned down) I’ll remind them that they aren’t allowed to quit anymore than I was and I’ll expect my paycheque at the usual time and date. To be devil’s advocate, I can understand wanting to talk to someone and seeing if a solution can be made instead of quitting. But to tell them they aren’t allowed to quit is actual McBullshit, they have every right to quit as much as they have every right to find a better job Exit interviews are a thing in many places. They are a voluntary thing though. You can’t force someone to keep working until you have had a satisfactory talk with them.
So McDonald’s now thinks they own your physical form. This sign alone would make me quit. They need to adjust their attitude and respect/ value their employees. Wish everyone could afford to leave. When are the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this going to open up a company store where you’re indebted to them just like the old coal mine. Honestly, the intent of this is genuinely positive. It’s saying if you have a problem let’s see if we can resolve it. I mean. This is just asking that people try to work with management to resolve issues. They aren’t actually banning quitting but remember in the future, when some dude you didn’t know on the internet told you to laugh it up back when you could quit without ending up in jail for it.
There’s a way to word that may make it seem like they actually care but they went all authoritative. Ridiculous. If you reserve the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this right to fire me at any point. Then I reserve the right to quit! What’s good for the goose and all that jive. “Dude, Jeremy got accepted to college, and he said he was leaving in a week, to study, like, film or something. And so our manager, oh fuck man, he took him out back and shot him in the head. He shot him in the fucking head.” They act like they have the authority to that!? Lol! Only an idiot would read that and think they are legally obligated to do anything at all. I would like the job just so I could quit whenever the fuck I say so. And I’ll be taking these chicken nuggets on my way out. This reminds me of the Simpsons episode when Lisa says “You can’t drive without a license, dad.” Homer replies.”I’m gonna try it anyways… It started! It’s a miracle!”. Man, I really took the the opposite way from most people. I thought they were saying “if you find yourself in a stressful situation, and want to quit, we won’t consider your resignation official until til you have time to reconsider and speak directly to the store manager”. I live in an “employment at will” State. They don’t have to give me a 2 week notice if I am fired, why give a 2 week notice to quit?
Well technically, the Poster Pitt Panthers Football LeSean McCoy Crazy Super Bowl Stat Chiefs vs Birds This Is Really Shady’s Super Bowl Shirt and I will buy this responsible thing to do is to talk to your supervisor before quitting. But it’s shitty fast food. People still won’t show up if they don’t feel like working there anymore
