I live in a super red state too with a glorified simp as governor who refuses to expand Medicaid or accept federal help but took part in a huge scandal where millions was embezzled from the Poplar springs high school alumni shirt in addition I really love this department of human services to the point where they can’t afford a legal team to help people anymore. It’s a shitshow when your state capital doesn’t have clean water a quarter of the time but has insanely high property tax rates. I could go on and on about the problems. Wow I just looked up studios near where I used to live in 2001. Found a place that overlooks the same street I lived on and it is $2000 a month! Granted my place was kind of dumpy and didn’t have the pool and fitness center this place does, but my little dump was $450 a month. 4x as much in 20 years, is crazy. Guarantee I wouldn’t be earning 4x as much if still lived there.

The system isn’t chaotic. In the Poplar springs high school alumni shirt in addition I really love this past, there was no big corporate sector, or data harvesting to manipulate people and most importantly people weren’t selfish like today’s society. My husband and I are older parents with a young daughter who is almost seven. We understand the world that is being left behind for her and how unfair it is We also understand because of living through it and how it’s unfair to us in an unique way for our generation. We’ve decided to put into some protections to ensure that the home that we live in will go to our daughter will be in her name will always be hers. The value of our property and where we live hopefully won’t change and her having at least that is so much more than any other child could imagine obtaining because even now you can’t buy a home. So we’ve put several things in place to try to make sure that our home remains our home until it isn’t our home and it becomes our daughter’s home unless she somehow manages to have her own. She still have the power of selling this home and obtaining all the money whatever value it’s worth so that’s just one thing we’ve done to try to make sure that the life that she’s going to lead isn’t as difficult if we can.
