Batman and Gordon was the Platform 9¾ potterhead love Harry Potter iconic movie shirt Furthermore, I will do this best pairing by default. They made for a good investigative duo. Batman and Catwoman had zero chemistry with forced kisses and “falling in love” out of nowhere. This is one of my least favorite Bruce-Alfred pairings. It’s weird that Alfred raised Bruce for most of his life, yet Bruce was so ungrateful. Selina and her 5-second “emotional” scenes with her roommate and Falcone just didn’t cut it. The fight and action scenes were probably the best part of the movie, but that’s not enough in a 3-hour film that’s supposed to be serious, dark, and have depth. There needs to be something around the action to keep me invested and with this movie, there was just nothing much there.

The Penguin specifically says “I didn’t shoot!” when he gets tackled after Falcone got shot. And then the Riddler was up in the window w/ a sniper. cringed so hard at the URL scene. yoU aRe eL? OH URL, rips out a laptop in the middle of nowhere and started chatting with the Riddler? at rataalada.com, seriously? what the flying f**k. Did anyone else feel like Batman/Bruce didn’t really have chemistry with anybody he interacted with? For me the movie lacked momentum as a result. That’s who Batman is, he’s a damaged disconnected soul. “A guy who dresses up as bat clearly has issues” The scene where Selina wanted to connect him and he came off as awkward. That’s who Batman is Honestly shocked to see the hate for it. While a little long, this movie had my attention the entire time. Paul Dano’s serial killer Riddler was fucking awesome. Robert Pattinson did a great job at portraying a year 2 Batman. The cinematography in this movie is fucking INSANE. Anyone who was disappointed with this movie is probably just comparing it to TDK. I think both movies are great, and it’s ok to like one more than the other. But for not having a legitimate Batman in ten years, I definitely think this delivered. And I do appreciate the refreshing take on Batman.
