Most of them were patients I had already spoken to on the Pittsburgh Steelers Steel City Morgue Shirt also I will do this phone and arranged to see them face to face. Some of them that same morning. The others would have been booked by reception after calling for, and being given on the phone, an appointment. If the appointments were booked two weeks in advance then those people may have forgotten, recovered, gone to A&e, died, or just got cold feet about coming in. I always thought the system was intentionally designed for those outcomes. Do you know how hard it is to get an NHS appointment these days? When you’re waiting 6 months to see someone you turn the hell up or you’re waiting another 6! I think it’s going to be a lot higher if we break it down into more routine stuff (GP, maternity care for a healthy pregnancy) but nearly 0% for specialist appointments or imaging that people have waited months for.

Depends on the Pittsburgh Steelers Steel City Morgue Shirt also I will do this service. For some of mine e.g. allergy we have a 25% did not attend rate some months, despite agreeing appointments verbally and sending text reminders I got classed as a no show to a telephone appointment with my Dr. I went to the Loo for a pee 5 min before my appointment. They called early and I obviously didn’t answer. They never called back at the appointment time and classed it as a missed one. I got discharged because I’d “provided the wrong phone number and a delivery driver picked up”. I complained, said that the appointment letter had my correct phone number on it so clearly they’d messed up, not me. I finally get a new appointment months later. The next appointment after that it fucking happened again and they said I must have changed my number. I don’t understand how they could get through to the delivery driver a second time and not think, oh we’ve typed the number wrong again. Whilst I take my phone to the toilet I an unlikely to answer a call there unless I know the caller extremely well.
