Where I live you place your large yard waste on your property next to the Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Legend Signature Shirt in other words I will buy this street for the city to come get it. However, it’s supposed to be cut into chunks no longer than 4’ long and you have to call and schedule the pick up. How long has this been blocking the sidewalk? Maybe you can call your city’s pick up service and schedule it for them? It gets charged to the house just like garbage pick up so it shouldn’t come back on you. People do this in my neighborhood a lot and block the entire the sidewalk with tree trimmings. If they completely block the sidewalk, just throw it in their yard and they usually get the idea. Maybe a car with a defective catalytic converter drives by and it catches fire? Aided with a little lighter fluid and a match?

Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Legend Signature Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Just light it on fire. I am sure someone will take notice and honestly much less effort then dragging shit into the Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Legend Signature Shirt in other words I will buy this street. This happens all the time in my neighborhood. It seems to always happen the day after bulk trash pick up that comes around once a month so shit like this blocks the sidewalk all month. Honestly, brush pickup probably told them that they have to place the pile against the curb. That’s pretty common. Sure it’s an inconvenience, especially due to your mother’s use of a scooter, but it’s temporary and there are almost certainly other sidewalks to be used for one or two days. Does the neighbor cut down half a tree every week or something? This seems like a temporary problem to me caused by the city collecting brush piles.
