That was 2020… It took me 4 months to find a new job, and the Pittsburgh football Steelers vintage 90s shirt Additionally,I will love this only reason I didn’t end up on the street was because of the pandemic relief and being able to take money from my retirement account. So, in the long run, I regret nothing. I ended up in a better job with a better team; however, in the short term, it was scary and stressful and I was worried I would end up in a homeless camp. If I could have found a job first, it would have been much nicer. I recommend you search for a job with the expectation of starting when you get back from your trip, if you can find something before you leave, then quit… That is, unless you can milk the job for some sick days or something. It’s good that you have the Pittsburgh football Steelers vintage 90s shirt Additionally,I will love this Europe trip in the middle. That pauses the entire PIP. I’ve read you can even take FMLA. I would stay and delay it as much as possible. Collect checks and that will give you time to look for another job. Let them fire you so you get unemployment. Take pto. Get all the payout you can lol. These bastards are greedy as fuck. Try to meet objectives of pip. Get clear info on what you are not doing. Ask for help/training/etc. Make it known you intend to turn it around. If youre fired prior to finding a job, immediately apply for unemployment but keep looking. Theyre going to fight you. If they claim you missed metrics, why didnt they train you? Depending on the state that should get you through the fight. Dont wind up on another pip. Study. Learn. Find a mentor. Pivot your career. Your a grown up now, no more coasting.
