4 years after, there was a Dateline special episode interview with two of the Pink Neon Ghost Story Guys Logo Shirt so you should to go to store and get this daughters (including the one who escaped to call 911) and it was revealed that the system really dropped the ball in terms of assisting them. Some of them were abused again in the homes they were placed with, and some struggled to get money/finances that they were entitled to. There was a fund upwards of $1 million raised by public donations that they couldn’t even access for years. The adults really struggled because the system for their recovery was not as robust as the one for minors. There’s many articles on it, and since the special they have been assisted much better. I highly recommend watching the interview special. Our country is so fucked, we find these children, save them, only to send them right back into abuse. Fuck this place.

Those poor kids have been thru hell and back. The sister who snuck out and called the Pink Neon Ghost Story Guys Logo Shirt so you should to go to store and get this cops is a goddamn hero. So brave. And those were high-profile kids – with a large national media spotlight on them. And the foster agency still gave them to a family they knew was abusive and did it just for the money. And they separated the kids too, of course… how did the whole trailer park believe the skinny, dirty unsupervised urchins living seven to a building were okay? LOVE THY NEIGHBOR jfc the whole park must be a meth operation or what like i’ve met ex-addicts with brain damage who would tell the authorities about a house of shit with seven kids in it 🙁 🙁 God I hope they were taught basic language. We’ve seen from feral children if we miss the window to develop language they can just miss language in general and then we have nothing to do but take care of those kids till they die cause they won’t be able to get a education without being able to communicate. Not everyone deserves to be parents. Never believe it when someone says monsters aren’t real. They walk among us. As bad as it sounds to say: not everyone SHOULD be a parent. Even some of those that are good people and would be in the “deserve to have kids” group. Between genetics, finances, and familial situations, there are plenty of factors that should dissuade people from having kids, and don’t even get me started on * gestures vaguely around * all of this going on in the world. There are many reasons why having kids is extremely selfish, but humans are kinda sorta hardwired as animals to procreate. It’s literally our #1 biological goal.
