Now maybe im overthinking it but it made me feel sad for them that maybe they arent comfortable enough to show affection in public and since they saw a neighbour they got restricted. Thats basically the Pink Grinch Feeling Extra Grinchy Today shirt and by the same token and only time i thought about it. I have an inner monologue so it would probably be “oh there’s a gay couple… do I need anything else from the supermarket?”

Pink Grinch Feeling Extra Grinchy Today shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I went to a funeral a little while ago where the Pink Grinch Feeling Extra Grinchy Today shirt and by the same token and deceased had written his own closing comments and had the celebrant read them (his death was no surprise to him or anyone else, and he’d had plenty of time to get used to the idea) In that one funeral, I truly realised the meaning of the phrase that funerals are for the living – we all had a good chuckle and did indeed bugger off. I think that’s fantastic. If your nan played that then I’m sure she had the sort of relationship with your grandad where he would have found that hilarious. I suppose when it comes down to it, the spouse of the deceased know the person best, and they know what would be appreciated. When my Dad died he was a huge Queen fan, and when we gave our choices for the music we mentioned he would have loved that being played, and the guy told us it was one of the most requested songs. I still feel guilty that this song was the first thing that popped up in my head when I found out my Grandad died. He would have found it hilarious though, so I definitely shouldn’t feel guilty about it. My dad was buried in a cardboard coffin. I really wish I’d remembered this song, dad would have found it hilarious. I want lacrimosa played on my way in (for the dramatics) and then Spice Girls – Goodbye on my way out. No-one can say I don’t have diverse music taste.
