Remember, it’s not a battle, take the Pierce The Veil Tony Perry Shirt What’s more,I will buy this practice sincerely, but not too seriously. If it feels like a battle, try to cultivate tenderness toward that feeling too, because judgment also is just another thought. Everything I’m about to say, is contingent on having a sitting practice of some kind, actually, I should say a sitting practice of mindful awareness practice. And I want to define mindfulness, although it’s used in various traditions and practices, I think this is a really good definition: mindfulness is about paying attention to her present moment experience, with a willingness to be with it exactly as it is. Meaning we don’t have to change what we feel or think, or rather we change our relationship to what we feel and think.
