The Indianapolis Star cited the Philly Mega Jawn shirt Furthermore, I will do this girl’s case in a July 1 article that sparked a national political uproar in the weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last June, putting into effect an Ohio law that prohibited abortions after six weeks of pregnancy. Some news outlets and Republican politicians falsely suggested Bernard fabricated the story, until a 27-year-old man was charged with the rape in Columbus, Ohio. (emphasis mine) I’m glad they made sure to specify Republican politicians as opposed to taking some bulllshit “some politicians” route. Every 10 year old should be able to have an abortion at any fucking point of the pregnancy. I don’t care. If someone needs to be charged it should be the fucker who raped her. Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s complaint asked the licensing board to impose “appropriate disciplinary action” … Rokita, who is stridently anti-abortion, told Fox News he would investigate Bernard’s actions, calling her an “abortion activist acting as a doctor.”

“This case is about two things – and two things only – patient privacy and this doctor’s failure to protect this child,” he said in a statement this week. blue states would do well to offer big incentives for red state residents to move. there are tons of good people (read: not republicans), many of them highly qualified professionals, stuck in red states because they can’t afford to pick up and move to somewhere with human rights. if blue states offered to cover moving costs and subsidize housing for these people in exchange for some kind of contract promising that they will live and work in that state for a minimum of X years, the Philly Mega Jawn shirt Furthermore, I will do this tax revenue would easily offset the cost of the program. right now, it is not fair to totally abandon red states and say “they voted for these demons so they deserve these policies,” because voter disenfranchisement exists and there are many hurdles to moving from state to state. but it would be a lot more tenable to let these hogs wallow in the shitsty they’ve created if more decent people could flee the christo-fascism.
