In August 2020, the Phillies faced off against the Atlanta Braves in a pivotal series. With the Phillies trailing 1-0 in the top of the ninth inning, the Braves’ Ronald Acuña Jr. hit a towering fly ball to deep right field. Bohm, playing third base, charged in and made a diving attempt at the ball. He caught the ball but then dropped it as he hit the ground. However, Bohm quickly recovered and made a second attempt, juggling the ball twice before securing the catch and ending the inning.
