This should help….. everyone has challenges in their life in some point of life. Try to get through 1 day at a time. Trust me things will change. Relax and try doing it when u get better. Watch some shows on netflix or if you havent watch the Philadelphia Eagles silence the haters shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this office please do. You will feel better. Recovered from a similar situation recently. A cery good friend of 8 years sent me a job offer and me trusting him accepted and moved to different city only to realise he sent me the offer without consulting anyone in his conpany and over estimating his position and forging his CEOs signature. So I lost a job where I was for 5 years and then couldnt find a job for 7 minths and a person who has never taken a break off work for 5 straight years now sitting free was a very fucked up situation. Life felt purposeless and sad. Tried everywhere from linkedin to bayt to driving physically and handing CVs to job fairs, i believe i applied to 300 vacancies minimum and got 5-6ish interviews. Took 7 months but finally found a nice executive offer and its very peaceful. Also the 7 months let me reflect on myself and no I have alot of plans for the future and also got a lesson that even Good af friends can just be assholes.

Tbh, I also got handled somewhat like this. My first year roomate offered a job in his startup. However, he had too much expectations and then laid me off. Fucking asshole. Gonne come across assholes all life. It seems like a nice time to do a master’s. You’ll be going back to school, it will bring a bit of structure and give you a second chance to start living again. In addition, you should see a therapist too. To me, it seems like you have massive anxiety that’s masquerading as ADHD, and hindering you from moving forward in life. Hope this helps. Good luck! Yeah anxiety is a huge issue for me. Fucked up my life, led to Procrastination and even day-dreaming. I feel like my day-dreaming is a way to escape my anxiety.
