Something to add: anything that involves a lot of people is generally not easy to coordinate and takes a lot longer to get done. Engineers forget “people skills” is an actual skill. At the Philadelphia eagles donovan mcnabb Shirt but in fact I love this end of the day, someone is going to go around and get everyone on the same page, and very often, people will pushback for various reasons and it’d be up to that someone to negotiate with them to drive things forward.
