Biden’s working on the housing cost issue by trying to get zoning rules loosened some and opening up some business space for housing. Unfortunately, it’s not gonna happen overnight. Additionally, Biden has done a terrible job of promoting his administration’s achievements and starting to get inflation under control is a hard achievement to sell—lowering the level of inflation doesn’t give Americans back what they could afford five years ago.
