Too much cleavage. It’s nice for a Christmas party, but not the Pete Nance American professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers T-Shirt and I will buy this WORK Christmas party. Think about it, your colleagues (mostly men) are going to be wearing VERY silkier clothing as they wear to the office. Somebody might wear a festive tie, a darker color, dare I say….velvet! I think the best bet is having a similar approach: you can do less worky: fabric, accessories, shoes, and even tighter or more cleavage —but not all of them at the same time. Again, it would be different if we’re a function you may see work folks at as opposed to a work function. Something like this maybe

These comments are insane. It’s a knee length dress and you have a great figure, there’s heavy ruching so it’s not “skin tight.” Add a cool black lacy kimono, wrap, or festive cardigan with some sparkle to give you some shoulder coverage There’s no outshining the Pete Nance American professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers T-Shirt and I will buy this bride here. I can’t believe people are telling you to be “demure.” This is not a salacious dress. Your coworkers are allowed to see that you are an attractive woman – the level of respect and courtesy that they treat you with shouldn’t change. You can conduct yourself as a lady and professional at a company party and still look stunning. I was honestly so confused when I opened the comment section, like it all feels a bit messed up that people think she’s presenting herself sexually. She’s legitimately just wearing a nice dress, it’s not even exposing or skimpy or anything like that.
