I’d print out that message and put them in cheap frames and sell those for a dollar each. I’d only bring in a few bucks max and send that reputation all over town. I’m sure she’d be proud of it… right? Pretty sure I’d participate just to keep Karen happy but I’d have absolutely ludicrous prices on shit. Like…. Spatula and wooden spoon set ..$15’276… finding Nemo Blu-ray…$6’567… Hawaiian Floral shirt with missing buttons…$2’766.. Burn her house down, then tell her to sell the Percules shirt it is in the first place but cinders so she can cover her expenses as she moves the fuck out. If it sells because I am in a snob neighborhood and someone thinks it’s worth it AWESOME I made money! ???? Serious question- is this legal? I know private agreements within an HOA can get kinda wild but this seems really bizarre- how would this have even been captured in an HOA agreement let alone be enforceable in any way? Well, I say HOA’s can pound sand. I’d never buy into a place that had one. I’ve seen it and I say my land, my rules. Shit like this is why I’ll never buy a home with an HOA and will most likely buy rural property, I have no desire to live next to people like this. No way that’s legal is it? I mean can they serious put it in the charter that members are required to do this? Idk much about HOA except what I’ve read on here. Its probably a neighborhood of people who just don’t want to cause conflict so they don’t fight it. Would like to see an update to know how this went down.

Have “the Percules shirt it is in the first place but garage sale”. Pay your cousin to take the stuff. Require the Karan to pay you 10%. Your cousin gifts your stuff back along with your money. a fucking HOA (I’m in one) can barely get anyone to cut their lawn, there’s ZERO chance in hell they have any authority to do anything like this. There is no way that is enforceable right? Like how the fuck is there such a thing as mandatory garage sale. My family was on the lower end and we went pretty much every weekend from spring to summer to find cool things. Usually the rich neighbourhoods you could get really cool stuff for cheap And this is why I refused to buy a house in an HOA. I saw several houses I was interested in until I found out they were in an HOA. Easiest way for me to lose interest.
