Absolutely dangerous bordering on reckless. I DON’T recommend that anyone ever do this. I was pretty apprehensive about it but I had prepared for it for almost a year. Sort of like a 10 day Vipassana retreat. Technically you should be aiming to meditate 24/7. But there’s still sleeping and eating and walking and peeing. And it’s usually more like 10 hours of actual sitting meditation each day. Was just going to say.
