RIIIIIIIGHTThis was me before i was a RN?. Now i owe the PELICAN BAND Classic T-Shirt Besides,I will do this government for my degree instead of needing food stamps??. I got a job with a county health agency as a clerk. It was a pay-cut from the unemployment i had been on. I made $20/mo. too much for food stamps in that county. $20. The government knew not to put me on food stamps by paying $20 too much. How does that logic hold up anyway. How can people say taxpayers are mooching off the government. They work and taxes are deducted, those taxes fund programs like food stamps. Its largely a self contained system with respect to money flow. The logic further breaks down when you add the fact many wealthy people pay a fraction of the percentage of taxes relative to a program beneficiary I’ve been saying this for ages, all of these companies are literally offloading their wage bill on to the taxpayer.

PELICAN BAND Classic T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I worked for a state government in a full-time benefited position that required a MS degree. We had food stamps and even Medicaid for many years. I got a tiny raise and lost it all. It sucked. We were barely making it before we lost it. Afterwards we were done for. They also considered my position to be exempt from FLSA so they worked me as many hours per week as they could and I still got paid the PELICAN BAND Classic T-Shirt Besides,I will do this same. Government should be, in my humble opinion, the opposite of business. By the people, for the people, of the people. Businesses are not people. And with increasing tax breaks for the billionaires at Walmart who underpay their employees, it will be up to the taxpayers to pay Walmart’s employees a living wage in the form of food stamps, healthcare, heating assistance, etc.
