I would strongly advise visiting a doctor, because super dry skin can actually be a sign of an autoimmune disease I would at least make sure it’s not anything more serious that you should tend to. I used Farmacy’s Honeymoon Glow Body Serum and lathered on a thick moisturizer + body oil for a few days and that took care of it.
