People who are enjoying their time in the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this city aren’t running to post about it on reddit while those who aren’t having a good time seem to find it cathartic or some shit to rant on here. Not begrudging anyone complaining, I mean as a Bangalorean most locals I’ve grown up around loved to complain about the city, just not on social media Fundamentally the city just grew way too quick, much too quick for its own good. Planning and infra hasn’t caught up yet and the influx of people moving in here believing the hype is leaving them all with a sour taste. Doesn’t make Bangalore a bad city by any means, just that too many people came here thinking the grass is greener when it isn’t and that’s got them feeling some type of way.
Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt: Perfect for Fans
Bengaluru is gonna be fine tho, it’s still a huge work in progress, plenty of flaws and corruption like literally every other major city and we do have a bit of soul searching to do as to where we’re headed as a city and a culture. Maybe it’s because of the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this diversity of people in Bangalore, compared to other metros, it’s not an easy task to achieve “Unity in diversity”. If you think people fighting or arguing or ranting is gonna change anytime soon, then no it’s not gonna, likely to get worser. What’s that saying? But since you’re smart enough to tell a genuine rant from a rant that came out of hate, it will not be a hard task to spot people who share a love for the city and it’s community. All I do is exactly that, hang out with them and ignore the negetivity, both irl and reddit. So why are you ranting about ranting. Why not just list down some good things about Bengaluru to bring in positivity? I’ll go first.
14h agoAs someone who works at Starbucks, people are more than willing to pay for diabetes. I sell it to them all day via cold foam, matcha, and caramel drizzle. Most of our drinks have your entire days worth of sugar in one drink. Thanks TikTok your killing everyone with your stupid drink recipes. I mean they say you should only have 22g of sugar a day. It’s SO hard to keep it under 22 when you see how MUCH STUFF has sugar (including some waters). Eating a lot of sugar cannot lead directly to diabetes. However, it can increase the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this risk of obesity, cardiovascular disease, and other health problems that are linked to diabetes. source A fancy princess drink from Starbucks as part of an otherwise healthy lifestyle is perfectly fine. The amount of flavors people add to coffee. Its basically caffeine with flavor/sugar. Don’t people like the taste of coffee?

Doesn’t matter how good your health care system is, diabetes is awful. It’s a full-time job with no forgiveness. As a type 1 diabetic, I approve of this answer. Diabetes fucking sucks and if you’re a guy, it can cause ED. Like you need another thing that can cause that by your 30’s Honestly any high end brand clothing falls under the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this same umbrella, I give 0 shit about branding, I’m a fan of clothes that are made with good quality fabric, but apparently that’s not a thing anymore because all stores are just expensive low quality stuff with logos on them. I spent a couple of hundred dollars on some ECCO shoes for work. Not only are they the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned, but I’ve had them for almost 10 years.
People are really out here spending crazy money on some fugly ass shoes for no other reason then to “flex” I guess? I don’t, no. I genuinely don’t give a single fuck about the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this fashion scene today, the second shredded jeans were “in” I stopped paying attention. What’s wrong with the shoes? Looking through that site felt like an AI image creation sub where people share their craziest and weirdest results. Knowing that people pay for this is awful. Now I’m kinda angry you shared that link. I could’ve kept some faith for humanity, but now the last bit is also gone. Can you imagine the amount of piss and spilled drinks those disasters would absorb? You couldn’t walk two blocks in those things without like ten cigarette butts and a stale dog turd becoming snarled up in the shag covering. These look like a factory worker fucked up a whole batch dropping glue on them and the marketing department said “don’t worry fam, we got your back”. Yeah supercars hold no allure for me. They are fragile and expensive to maintain. They would be cool for about two weeks then a burden thereafter. The kind of people that would be impressed by me owning one are not people I care to be friends with usually either.
If I suddenly owned a Bugatti, all my neighbors would hate my guts, and I’d feel embarrassed every time I drove to 7-11 in it. I even wonder if my income would cover insurance? I will say, WhistlinDiesel on youtube has a great video where he goes off-roading in a Ferrari and it’s pretty surprising how well it holds up for the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this shit he puts it through. He does similar things with a lot of those types of cars, and usually they fall apart like nothing. I think the Ferrari was the only one that impressed him. If I was ever in a situation where I could afford a Lambo, I’d get it for my own personal enjoyment and nothing else. My daily would be an unassuming crossover or sedan. Don’t care for the extra attention other than when I take it out for a joyride or to a car show, in which case I’d psyche myself up ahead of time to be ready for it.
As for the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this cost, it’s only wise to own an exotic car if you’re rich enough where the ownership expenses wouldn’t be a concern. As the saying goes: If you have to ask, you can’t afford it. I’m glad you do too! I’m very happy and content; our goal together is to make as much money as we can and be comfortably wealthy. I’d like to be able to vacation twice a year and not feel like I need to constantly budget. I’m not asking to be ridiculously rich and spend recklessly (we don’t anyway, we’re both incredibly frugal to an insane fault!) but I want to enjoy and splurge without thinking twice sometimes. Edit: there used to be a Balenciaga ad that showed a beautiful purse and all it said was “when your initials are enough”. Get it? i cant believe anyone eg likes that standard lv panel for the design, the only motivation is to show of you are wealthy enough to buy a stupidly priced ugly bag.
The LV bags with initials are the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this ugliest bags I’ve ever seen. I mean, I guess if I got one for free I could Sell it. Ahh, I’d have to disagree with you there. Would love a yacht. I’d keep it in the Caribbean and sail in year-round sunshine (I’m a fair weather sailor). Any hint of hurricane and I’d drag her as far inland as possible. Oh, to win the lottery Same but in the Med. We went on a cruise and it was fantastic and I was like ‘rich people with a yacht get to do this whenever they want but without all the people.’ Yeah I want that! I’m Caribbean myself, so I get all that. It’s one thing having fun on a yacht, but it’s a whole other beast maintaining it. Better to rent one and cruise around when you want and not have to constantly pick up that bill. To each their own though.
Example: Michael Jackson’s glove occasionally goes up for auction for a shitload of money. However, if I had Michael Jackson’s glove, I’d give it to the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this Smithsonian ASAGDMFP. It is ethically correct, but I do NOT want to ruin it, and have a footnote in history as being the one who ruined it. A big house/mansion, just, why?. Expensive “designer” or “hypebeast” clothes, the look horrible. Sports car or any expensive vehicle, like what’s the point of such a cool looking car if you can’t use it or if you do use it, it costs 100x more to maintain than any ol recular car. People don’t realize the yearly upkeep on these cars easily reaches into the 10’s of thousands of dollars if you want to protect the value of the car. Like boats. The cost of upkeep alone is prohibitive. You don’t just buy it and it sits and you do bi-annual maintenance. Watches are things of the past, but a nice one used to be a huge status symbol, back in the 90’s I had a Rolex, it and a tailored suit definitely got me into social circles I probably wouldn’t have otherwise gotten into. Have to remember back then limo’s were also a huge status symbol, now people just assume you’re going to a wedding or prom or something..
Got gifted a back then state of the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this art iphone by my company. Sold it for 400€. Net win was 400€. I see no problem there taking another for free. Anything culturally associated with wealth. Rolex watches, yachts, jewelry with genuine diamonds, etc. Rich culture is low key repulsive to me. 12h agoThe only Christians I’ve ever heard say something like that are fundamentalists… and they aren’t known for being too bright. Most churches actually encourage meditation, they might call it contemplative prayer, discursive meditation, or something else, but meditation is specifically commanded in the Bible. Yep. I grew up (lazily) Catholic, and while I don’t recall any specific direction given regarding meditation as being Good or Bad, they have a tendency to let you know if something is actually Bad (at least, if they actually view it as Bad.) And I can recall several instances of sitting quietly in solitude to “speak with God” on various retreats. Which is awfully similar to meditation. I can see more fundamental sects/cults having a problem with meditation, though. It definitely tracks. When you’re sitting there with no distractions, you’re inevitably going to start thinking about things at some point. And that could lead to thinking critically about whatever dogma that particular sect peddles. And they can’t have that.
I went to Catholic school and priests led us in (surprisingly secular) guided meditations. It’s totally part of the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this Catholic tradition I suspect this was a Jesuit high school. The Jesuits are curious outliers in Catholic history, some suspect their founder had been inspired by Vedic meditation practices. But who can say I agree. Fundamentalists and Evangelicals have replaced the love and mercy that Christianity is supposed to be focus on with fear and intimidation. But I think of it as a true prayer is communion with God. Op’s friend’s foolishly assume prayer is only you spouting demands and requests to god, but what about the listening part of communication? What about being silent and open and listening for God to speak to you?
I’m a devout Christian and a 25 year meditator in Vipassana and Tibetan traditions. They’re completely compatible and deepen one’s understanding of the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this other. All one needs to do is look into Christian mysticism to see the intersection points. Exactly. Many people don’t know about esoteric Christianity. Mystic school like the rosicrucian and the gnostics. There’s a reason why it’s hidden anyways… Adding to your point, Abrahamic religions are very much compatible with meditation, or perhaps I should say that meditation is an amazing way to deepen your faith in Abrahamic religions. Kabbalah, Tasawwuf, and Christian mysticism are proofs of that. However, the larger populace of these religions are completely unaware of the beauty and tranquility that’s available to them and end up believing only in the narrow, tribalistic interpretations. Otherwise Thomas Aquinas, Ibn Arabi, Abulaifa and Shankara were devoted to the same Reality that exists in all. Unfortunately many modern Christian’s are very ignorant of history of the church. And the practices that have gone on over the last 2000 years. SMH.
I don’t see it as an ignorance issue. Teaching them about the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this mystical sides of the church won’t change them at all. This is why Jesus taught things to his disciples that he never shared directly with the masses. It’s the “don’t cast your pearls” thing. He also told his posse to not judge the masses for not seeing the world the way they saw it. In the bigger picture, it’s like trying to teach someone who has no sense of smell or taste about the subtleties of haut cuisine. That’s the bit about “those who have eyes to see, let them see.” Very pragmatic guy, really. Christian mysticism is awesome. Helped me understand the Bible on a deeper level without all the modern religion BS that gets spouted around.
Conversely, meditation teachers and authors have looked to Christianity for guidance as well. At any Yogananda self-realization fellowships you can literally buy the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this bible. yeah I think part of it is just ignorance most Christians when they think of ‘meditation’ they really mean transcendental meditation which I understand is a fairly new practice, if anything a lot of traditional mediation techniques enhance focus and concentration both of which are essential to proper worship imho. The dumb dumb Christians assign demonic attributes to anything that isn’t a magical being telling them what to do I was visiting my Christian mother the other day, and while watching a Hallmark movie -the most G-rated kind of movie- she blurts out, “She has the devil in her!” about the female lead, because she wanted to kiss the male lead. She also made a face whenever the gay couple were on-screen and said “God doesn’t love them.”
Coming from a woman who had affairs when I was a toddler and had an abortion (for unknown reasons she told us these things growing up), and then later campaigned against choice. I wanted to tell her she had the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this devil in her and oh it felt so good didn’t it? Ever since she had a stroke I don’t argue religion with her anymore, it looks petty. It’s not really the fault of the individual believer. For what its worth, you see the same ignorance around meditation among Muslims too. The issue is that the esoteric interpretations that do exist in Christianity and Islam require a certain maturity of faith that the common believer usually doesn’t have. For them, religion is just a long list of do’s and don’ts that come from the clergy, and the clergy fight tooth and nail to keep it that way.
Even Hinduism, which has an elegant philosophy like Advaita Vedanta, is a victim of the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this flavor of religion meant for the masses. This is a problem with humanity rather than any particular religion itself. You know u say this to people all the time and get a blank look. One person said “my pastor told us not to do that stuff, it really stuck with me that he said that” . Bruh…… It may be in the Bible yes, but the churches and denominations gave it a whole different meaning… as many churches (evangelists for instance) are revising as they want the books of the bible… for them it’s a “demon thing”. I grew up in a Christian household and my parents believed that pretty much anything other than the Bible and Christianity was the work of demons and by a larger extent the devil. This included meditation. I’d often hear how meditation led to demon possession. They would say you have to go pray, or go in a silent room and pray. But I don’t think that is the same as mediation to them. I remember after I moved out and began to meditate and study Buddhism Hinduism, mystical Christianity, alchemy, etc etc and that, wow, they would’ve benefited so much from even 10 minutes of meditation a day. Much of my childhood was filled with trauma and high stress as my father would often be extremely unpredictable. I think if he had learned how to see his mental activity things may have been more calm and peaceful when I grew up.
Sorry to hear that… I can relate to this, meditation has been badly regarded by many so-called christian religions or high controlling organiziation a.k.a “Cults” their purpose has always been the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this same : keep their members distracted with their own literatures or interpretations of the bible, keep their mind occupied and not balanced… this is insane, but, it’ll take a long time to change people’s perception on this especially if they have been indoctrinated in these beliefs systems. Because all their system is stagnation, not development. Virtue signalling, and man(priest) and Big man who will be their morals and forgive any of their bad behaviour if they would have one. Why to change if you already positioned yourself as a “good” guy and have a trinkets that “prove” it? It’s a tribe mentality which profits to zealots with psychological stability and for ones who in charge – with profitable crowd.
They say it because it will show the Peanuts X Buckeyes Ohio State Basketball Shirt moreover I love this conditioning you acquired in your life. If you loose the conditioning, you start thinking critically about the cult you might have entered and might leave. The christian overlords in church won’t be happy if people start to realize god is within and you do not have to be dependent on a church to find purpose. Another interesting thing I’ve noticed with the church is that anyone that shares their near death experience is almost always shunned from the church. Even if they meet Jesus in the afterlife, even if they meet god during their experience they’re almost always gaslit. Bizarre. American Christianity is become more fundamentalist as a whole. I see great value for many people in Christianity, but I’m pretty fearful of the rising nationalism. Because it makes you realise that God is within you and you don’t need the church or blind belief and also hatred of Hinduism from which meditation originated.
