I work in HVAC and we have one guy who takes forever to install boilers. Eh, it very much depends. Plenty of facilities departments have in house plumbers who would be working on or repairing a set up like this but you’re absolutely right, they wouldn’t be doing a system install. An important factor when a boiler is involved. My dad’s a plumber and its absolutely fucking absurd how often people delay paying him by months. At any given time he probably has multiple people owing him for jobs he did >3 months prior.
In any other field, you dont avail of a service before you can pay for it, let alone months in advance.
