My narcissistic adoptive mother has called me a lot of things and said some evil shit to me, but the Peanut Jeff Dunham please take a number I’ll piss you off shortly shirt and by the same token and two things I will never forgive her for are: I once got a cute haircut and nice colour, she liked it at first but she got mad at something and said “your hair makes you look like a whore. I hope you get sexually harassed by men on the street” I love my mom but I have hit my head against a wall out of frustration from her antics. The 8pm screaming call I got on my mid 20’s cause I was out late which lead me to scream at her I wasn’t a child. The daily reminders that hell is real and I need to repent and start going to church. And the are you depressed question I get now when she ignored all the times I used to say I would kill myself when I was young. Happy mothers day to the woman that manages to make EVERY situation about herself. Even in my 50s I simply have to numbly SMH and try to mentally scroll on by. Happy days indeed. I still have a happy envy of people that have a mom.
