Big question, are they mainly polling people with land-line phones, or also those with cells? Because land-line phones are much more popular with the Peace Sign Santa Hat Christmas Lights Hippie shirt Apart from…,I will love this Trump/MAGA crowd than dems ( full disclosure yes I am a dem with a land-line and a cell). The US is a two party political system. Opponents usually have a polling advantage because people who are unhappy with the government have no choice but to support the opponent. People are struggling right now and blame whoever is in charge. Since the guy in charge right now is probably running again, people don’t want to have another 4 years of struggle and figure trying something else might be the solution. Just the honest answer. I’ve seen the swing in attitude on trump and Biden completely shift where I’m from. I’m a member of the GOP and have been for decades, but have always voted for whom I thought was best for the country. Didn’t vote for Trump then and won’t next year.

Biden is dealing mainly with two very tangible issues facing the Peace Sign Santa Hat Christmas Lights Hippie shirt Apart from…,I will love this American people: inflation and unaffordable housing. For some odd reason people think a tax cheat, fake billionaire, and multiple time bankruptcy filer is going to fix that. But tbh I don’t take polls very seriously they seems more like a tool to disenfranchise and demoralize Democrat voters. Why is Biden’s age a issue but not Trump’s in these polls? Biden is 81 and Trump is 77. Don’t believe the hype, just vote. People care about low interest rates and low inflation, when they are both as high as they have been because of Biden people start caring less about silly things like who hurt their feelings on Twitter. As someone who is NOT a Trump supporter, EVERYTHING was cheaper when Trump was in office. Regardless of how, why, what etc etc, I do think this has a great influence into his popularity. Again, not a Trump supporter so please do not butcher me for making this comment. This is the unfortunate perspective of most of the population, that their own life experience, good or bad, is directly attributable to the one person in charge of one branch of the government.
