Join a workout group of some kind: running group, pilates group, etc. Or just get to know the Pavel Zacha Czech professional ice hockey player for the Boston Bruins T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this folks you see at the gym, everyday. A group is going to add a social component to the activity, and provides mutual accountability for each other. For lots of folks, it makes a BIG difference in showing-up consistently. Yeah basically everyone here who’s telling you to, “just go to the gym, form a habit” or, “find a sport or excersize that’s really fun” is wrong. What in your ENTIRE life do you do on a daily or even weekly basis for fun that’s the same as you did 6 months ago? Nothing. Nothing you were regulary doing for fun 6 months ago is something you’re still doing. So if you can’t even do the thing you think is fun for extended amounts of time what in the actuall shit do you think you’re gonna find in a sport or excersize that’s “fun” enough to make you keep doing it for a week, a month or a year? You have to be honest with what you want from yourself, do you want to look better? Feel better? Punch someone in the face? Run a marathon? When you can answer that honestly to yourself you’re halfway there. After that, find out exactly what you have to do to get that thing, EXACTLY what excersizes, what routines work the best. You’ll have to talk to many people, watch many videos and maybe even read many articles. Once you find what it is you need to do and start doing it, if you’re honest about what it is you wanted, you will start to see results. It’s impossible not to. Impossible. Honest with yourself, brutally honest if needs be, EXACTLT the right, correct, most efficient things to get it, you. Will. See. Results. Fast. Once you see that you have started to achieve the smallest amount of whatever it is you wanted to do all those things you Hate you’ll now, prolly not love, but Hate less. You WILL love the gratification and surety of accomplishment you get from knowing you’re actually changing yourself. And if someone says this line, “the only thing you need to change, is everything.” Punch them in the dick please. Or just ignore them because their idiots. You only need to change one thing to start. And that’s the thing thats gonna allow you to see some sort of change towards the thing you want. Also, eating skinless chicken breasts,, raw spinach and boiled celery while hitting the gym 6 days a week is in all ways wrong. Your diet is absolutely NOT the 1st thing you should change. If you ever even need to change it. I didn’t. Now if you’re a diabetic or some shit this is very different, but why are you considering working out at all? What’s the real reason?

Because being a man means doing what you’re supposed to do, not what you feel like doing. If you only do what you feel like doing, you end up an overweight, hedonistic loser that lacks discipline. It’s like going to work. I don’t wanna do it, but i have to, if i wanna buy stuff i want, and live comfortably. Because I wanna get shredded to look better to do better in my career, dating, and life in general. That’s what motivates me. The first time someone compliments you or you land an attractive person because you are jacked, it’s all worth it… The first time you workout, or go running anyway, the Pavel Zacha Czech professional ice hockey player for the Boston Bruins T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this rush you get afterward wears off, and you want it again the next day. At this point I’m convinced that the “runners high” thing is propaganda from fitness companies because there’s no way that exercise would give me a rush instead of just making me tired. It depends on how hard you push yourself. The fastest way is to run as fast as you possibly can, until you can’t take it any more and then walk it off and catch your breath. Then repeat this for 30 minutes or more. If you don’t take a shower or cold shower right after, then it’s a gross experience. Knowing that you’re going to jump in the cold shower right after makes the whole thing a lot more enjoyable. You have to want it. You have to be determined. If you don’t like the activity, find an alternative. With that said, nothing can replace resistance training (weights) if your goal is healthy living and longevity. Make a commitment to yourself to stick to it for a month, and after that, it will come much easier.
